These are sex education books from the 1920s. Originally, I thought they were some kind of way to cover for pornography, but they are not. Rather they are like “marriage manuals” by a psychiatrist. Shodo Bag Calligraphy Kit

This is for sale.

On spying this bag in a box of paper, I recalled calligraphy exercises and thought this had been my bag. Looking at the papers tucked into the back, I didn’t see anything familiar.
